Dentist Mentorship; AN EXCLUSIVE & LIMITED OPPORTUNITY
This is not an implant course.
It is a clinical experience in full-arch responsibility from the first visit, to handling possible complications, and everything in between and beyond. It’s designed to shape how you practice for the rest of your career.
Long term training with potential permanent employment opportunities at Advanced Dental Artistry.
Applications are now open for a short time, and for a very limited number of places.

About Advanced Dental Artistry and the Program Mentors
Advanced Dental Artistry has been one of Perth’s leading Cosmetic and Full-arch implant clinics for more around three decades. 15 years of that time has been dedicated to developing our full arch teeth replacement protocols. We have had the privilege of seeing on average 2-4 full arch patients (4-8 arches) per week for that time, providing us with the real world exposure required to develop, evolve, revise and study our techniques for implant placement, surgical systems, surgical roles, lab and prosthetic systems, patient communication and treatment planning.
All patients have access to life-long aftercare, both by our dentists and oral health therapy team, providing the ultimate experience for our patients and supporting the success of our procedures for the long term.
Your mentors, Dr Adrian Kat and Dr Laine Rasmussen, have 40+ years of combined experience in dental practice, with the majority of their careers spent focussed on implants and All-On-X.
Our Patients
Our clinic is designed to only offer specific procedures in cosmetics and implant treatments and all patients requiring other aspects of general dentistry are referred to alternative dentists or specialists. This means that our practice only sees patients who require implant treatment or who are seeking cosmetic procedures.
Our team has strict processes in place for enquiry handling, in depth treatment planning, patient education and support, treatment information, cooling off periods and treatment consent forms. All essential parts of the patient and dentist experience for the utmost patient care and safety.
Note due to respecting the integrity of our relationship with patients, mentees under this program will not be performing surgery, rather this is done by the mentor.
Advanced Dental Artistry Dentists
Every clinician who has ever worked in our clinic has undergone long term direct mentoring and training prior to treating any patients. There is no external course that a dentist can do which would allow them to come in and treat our patients without additional and extensive long-term, in-house training. Due to the complex and permanent nature of the treatments we offer, we see it as essential for this chairside training to be provided so that every patient that chooses to attend our clinic knows that they are receiving an opinion and treatment from clinicians who share an equally high standard and have our level of required real world experience.
This quality can be expected across their treatment planning philosophy, clinical processes and all aspects of patient management. By exposing our practitioners to decades of real experience in just years (or even months), this process has been enormously successful for our clinicians, providing them with expedited career growth and fantastic opportunities.

In additional to surgical techniques, pros techniques and patient management – this training will also thoroughly cover strategies to manage long term implant issues, management of complications and surgical revision procedures.
Mentorship will be provided by Dr Adrian Kat and/or Dr Laine Rasmussen in the form of practical hands on/assistance, demonstrations, and verbal training.
