Dental Implant Options with Advanced Dental Artistry
Single Tooth Implants
Carefully crafted to match the rest of your teeth, single-tooth dental implants are an effective solution if you’re missing one tooth.
Our highly experienced dentists will design and craft your replacement tooth to match the shape and colour of the rest of your teeth for a more complete smile.
Multiple Tooth Implants
For when you’re missing multiple teeth, not in a row. These work in the same way as a single-tooth implant, where we design and build individual teeth to match the rest of your mouth.
In some situations, the teeth in between require removal. In this case, we will carefully discuss your options with you.
Full Mouth Dental Implants
Full mouth dental implants are a permanent method for replacing an entire set of upper or lower teeth.
Unlike removable dentures, this advanced treatment anchors a complete bridge of new teeth directly to the jawbone using a small number of surgical implants for support. The result is a secure smile that is more likely to feel natural.
All-On-4 Dental Implants
A highly specialised, revolutionary dental implant solution, All-On-4 dental implants use four titanium implants to support a full fixed arch, often avoiding the need for bone grafts.
If you have a lot of missing teeth in a row, All-On-4 can be an extremely effective full arch implant solution.
In some cases, more than four implants are used. We’ll discuss this with you if so.

Full Mouth Dental Implants
Entire teeth replacement for complete change to your smile
Up to 98% Success
Compared to traditional treatments such as bone grafting and multiple dental implants, All-On-4 has an extremely high success rate, with a lesser chance of complications.
A More Permanent Solution
All-On-4 implants are designed to be your final set of teeth. Although the bridges (the teeth component) will need to be replaced over time, the implants are designed to be permanent once integration has occurred.
Manageable Process
Years of problems doesn’t always mean years of treatment. The All-on-4 process takes approximately 16-20 weeks from initial consult to smile insert. This includes all planning, education and consent appointments. The main procedure is completed within 4 days.
Improved Oral Hygiene and Wellbeing
Eliminating tooth infection, decay and bad breath reduces bacteria and restores great oral hygiene. This in turn has a knock-on effect for your general health. Improved chewing function can also help to expand diet options, digestion and gut health.
Simplified Aftercare
This treatment is designed to give patients the opportunity to easily clean and care for their teeth at home. The simple All-On-4 design reduces food trapping and bacteria build up, giving the implants a better chance at long term survival than more complex, multi-implant options.
Preventative Benefits
All-On-4 teeth replacement can aid in preventing bone loss by giving the surrounding bone ‘function’ as you chew. This results in less bone resorption than with dentures. Flow on benefits include improved appearance, greater comfort and restored tooth function.
Clear Pricing
Ongoing appointments in multiple locations can create unclear treatment paths and open ended pricing. We always provide up-front, clear and inclusive pricing to you prior to treatment. This includes the costs involved with initial treatment and any ongoing financial commitments for you to consider.
A New Chapter
Dental pain, regular medication, concerns with bad breath and difficulty chewing can be limiting to a person’s quality of life. The decision to proceed with a treatment that has the potential to reduce or eliminate many of these concerns may be the start of a new chapter for many.

Frequently asked questions
Take a look at some of the questions we get asked by our All-on-4 patients.
Is your question not in the list? We would be happy to answer it. Get in touch.
Is All-On-4 what I need?
All-On-4 dental implants are a permanent solution for those with missing or terminal teeth (teeth that cannot be saved). Teeth in this condition could be due to a number of factors, extreme decay and infection, gum disease, smoking, even certain medications over time can lead to tooth loss.
Each patient is unique and so is their dental history. That’s why it’s vital to book a consultation with our team of All-On-4 dentists to determine if All-On-4 is the right option for you.
All-On-4 dental implants are a clinically proven complete teeth replacement method for those with terminal, broken or missing teeth. We see patients of all ages looking to reclaim their smile and dental function, and finding the solution with All-On-4 teeth replacement.
How does the All-On-4 procedure work?
Four titanium dental implants are placed into the upper and/or lower jaw bones with a fixed set of teeth (a bridge) attaching to the implants.
What is the full mouth dental implants cost?
We understand that All-On-4 is an investment. We are fully transparent with the complete cost of your procedure up front, so you avoid any nasty hidden fees. We do our best to provide you with pricing information as quickly as possible, but first feel it is important to have a conversation with you about your situation to give you the most accurate and clear information.
Will my teeth implants look natural?
Shade, shape, size, contouring and gums are all elements considered during the design process. We use innovative technology to meticulously design your custom implants to ensure your smile looks natural, and importantly looks like you.
You will go through a thorough discovery, design and trial smile process with us to make sure your new teeth are suited to your face.
How long do All-On-4 implants last?
With good oral hygiene and regular maintenance you can expect your All-On-4 implants to last a lifetime. The standard bridge (the teeth component) can last up to 7 years before it requires replacement. Upgrade options can last much longer!
What is the process of receiving All-On-4?
- We have an initial consultation with you to discuss everything from the design of your smile to finance options, and are here to answer any questions you may have.
- Day 1: Surgery day is where our patients are safely and comfortably sedated via IV sedation under the specialist care of our anaesthetists. We remove the terminal teeth and any infection and place the titanium implants into the jaw. In some, but not all cases, your trial smile will be inserted during surgery.
- Day 2, 3 or 4: We insert a 3D printed trial smile to check the cosmetics, speech and bite of your new teeth. We review and refine together where required.
- 4-5 months after surgery: You will be a part of the planning session to design your final bridge/s.
- 5-6 months after surgery: The final bridge/s are inserted revealing your new smile. This is often a very emotional and powerful day for our patients. Many of them haven’t smiled in years.
- After care and follow up appointments and ongoing hygiene appointments are also an essential part of the All-On-4 journey.
Do I need to quit smoking?
Smoking and dental implants don’t mix for a number of reasons. Smoking decreases the rate of healing and affects the bone surrounding the implants and can adversely affect the success of your surgery. We recommend not to smoke, so you reap the full benefits of your new smile.
What are the risks of getting All-On-4 dental Implants?
The All-On-4 procedure can be a remarkable solution for many. However, it is important to be aware of the potential risks and considerations associated with this treatment.
All-On-4 dental implants risks and complications can include:
- Irreversibility: All-On-4 is a permanent solution, where all natural teeth will be extracted. Also, the implants cannot be removed once inserted.
- Implant failure: rare but possible (3-5% of cases) especially with conditions such as diabetes, smoking, or teeth grinding. Early detection and replacement are crucial to prevent serious complications. We will discuss how we manage this risk with you.
- Infection: As with any surgical procedure, there is a risk of infection (at the implant site in this case).
- Nerve damage: there is a risk of nerve injury, which can cause pain, numbness, or tingling in the gums, lips or chin.
